Something needed to change!

The Warriors - a rugby league team with great player and huge potential, but recently losing games.

Why?

And why does the team now start winning?  What has changed?

I believe it has been their own belief in themselves, the increased communication on the park and the fact that they play for their coach and are a proud team.

And why is this relevant to Rotary?

I believe the communication and pride in our service organisation is vital for the future of Rotary and the image we show our community is also a big part.  I believe there are many Rotarians who are either not communicating to their friends about Rotary, or the Clubs are not in touch with their community.  The public image we portray is important for others but is as equally important to us as Rotarians.  In the end if we communicate with a fresh image that is enhanced through targeted campaigns, Rotary will be the winner!
