Rotary Public Image Action

Everything we do through our Rotary clubs - from fighting poverty to eradicating polio - is intended ultimately to promote world peace. In one way or another, all of the excellent programs of the Rotary Foundation (TRF) contribute to world peace and understanding. PEACE THROUGH SERVICE was selected as the 2012-13 theme at the International assembly.

  

Our incoming Rotary International President-Elect Sakuji Tanaka (Japan) introduced his theme and shared the 2012-13 RI initiatives and the incoming Chair of the Trustees of The Rotary Foundation Wilfrid J. Wilkinson (Canada) presented TRF's goals.

Our image as Rotarians in our community is a reflection of our activities.  The recent achievements of Rotary through the Foundation need to be publicised though our actions - contact your local newspapers and write letters to the editor.  We need to be proactive in our marketing. (Ed)
