Winds of Change - Melbourne

For more than 100 years, business and professional leaders have been coming together in Rotary clubs around the world to help people in need. Rotary’s aim is to advance world understanding, goodwill and peace through the improvement of health and education and the fight against poverty.
The first Rotary club in Australia was formed in Melbourne in 1921 and next month Melbourne will host the local Rotary’s 80th annual conference from March 9-12.
Bringing together Rotarians, community partners, socially responsible corporates and the public,  the conference will highlight the vision and inspiring work of modern Rotary clubs in sessions featuring many of Australia’s most sought-after speakers.
The conference will provide a platform for the sharing of ideas to solve social issues in a vibrant atmosphere of fellowship and fun.

An advertorial feature appeared in the Melbourne Age (perhaps Australia’s most famous daily newspaper) on 2 February!
