Diversity and new horizons!

On Saturday night 30th June the Christchurch New Horizons Rotary was chartered with 33 members. 27 were present on the night to receive their Charter Pin and certificate from District 9970 Governor David Drake. 
Shirley Keith the Charter Club Leader, formerly P.P. of Bishopdale – Burnside Rotary, was presented with a PHF in recognition of her efforts over the last 9 months in establishing this exciting new post-earthquake development for Rotary in Christchurch.
The average age of is 42 with seven different ‘cultures’ represented, with a high proportion of female members.  
The club meets every Wednesday 6 - 7.30 pm in the Function Room at Trevinos, 22 Riccarton Road, Christchurch.
