Club Visioning is a sustainable district program designed to support and strengthen Rotary clubs. The 8-element club facilitation celebrates the individual culture of each Rotary club while directing participants toward a vision consensus for the future of their club in service. The visioning process supports the RI directive for 2011-12 for each club to have a plan for moving forward.
