A Club with a Vision

I spent tonight with a local Rotary Club completing the Club Visioning programme.

Exciting ideas of how they see their Club in 5 year's time.

We have such potential as an organisation and often I think we fail to plan and that is why we see some Clubs fail.

Ideas are brainstormed and then dot-voting highlights
what the majority want to see in the future for their Club

In this case we worked with a strong Club that now have plans to become even stronger through strategic planning and the development of an action plan.

And a major part of their actions will be around a strong Public Image plan.
