Are we?

Sometimes the hurdle of achieving effective communication with in Districts and across Rotary in general is a real challenge?
It is not because of the lack of channels and the methods.

But then - perhaps it is because of the plethora of methods and channels that we use that people either are 'lost' in a sea of words or are confused.

It is food for thought as we seek to find the most effective way to connect in 2013.
