Let's get past the 'ummmmm....'
During the research phase, Siegel+Gale, the company guiding Rotary International through its rebranding initiative,asked, “What is Rotary?”
The number one response from Rotarians... including some senior leaders...was “Ummm.” An audible pause ... a hesitance.
This underscores the importance of being able to quickly and consistently portray what “Rotary” is, not only in our personal relations but in public information, at the International Assembly and the Coordinators, Presidents-Elect, and Governors-Elect Training Seminars.
