Tomorrow Rotarians goes shopping!

TV3 newsreader (Mike McRoberts) being checked
at the Victoria Park market New World.
Nationwide campaign tomorrow.  Stroke Foundation and St John's  have teamed up with Foodstuffs (a food retailer - New World and Pak 'n Save) and with the support of Rotarians across the country, to target shoppers doing their Saturday morning shop.  The aim is to take the blood pressure of as many shoppers as possible during the day to raise awareness of the need to have regular check-ups, but also to identify anyone who runs the risk of having stroke due to high blood pressure.
Rotarians assist with the logistics and it is also an opportunity to increase our public image in the community.  A great cause.  A great opportunity.
