So who do I contact?

I know this is really basic, but......

We want new members to join our wonderful
organisation, but ......

Our numbers in our Club are a bit static and
we do want to attract new members, but ....

What am I referring to?

Simply put , sometimes we are just not contactable!  Our web sites have no email or phone number for prospective members to use.  Our web sites are often too inward looking and unintentionally  keep new members at bay by making it so hard to know who to contact and how! 

Please check your Clubs contacts now - are members of the public aware of how they can contact you?  Is there a phone number or an email address?  

It is simple and basic - but often we overlook the most basic reasons for having a profile - so new members can contact us and ask to join.  They should not need to be a 'Sherlock' to find the details.
