“MY ROTARY” POINTERS

Rotarians who have been recently been trying to register for “My Rotary” on the RI website, have common issues. 

There are a few things that can be done to make this process an easier one: 

• Use an up to date internet browser, such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 9 (or above), Firefox or Safari. 

• Make sure that the correct email address that is going to be used is entered into the RI database by the club. 
• When you have provided basic information (name, email address, age) you will receive a confirmation email. If it does not arrive within 24 hours, please check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folders. 
• You must respond to this email to activate your account. 
• The password that is chosen must be a minimum of 8 characters, with at least one being uppercase, one lowercase and a number. It must not contain any part of the sign-in email.
• The answer to the secret question must be more than 4 characters long
